- Project-Based Services:
Refunds are considered only if the project has not been initiated or if the work delivered is demonstrably below the agreed-upon specifications and cannot be rectified. - Monthly Services (e.g., Maintenance Plans):
Refund requests must be made within the first 7 days of the billing cycle. After that, the month is considered committed. - One-Time Services (e.g., consultations, troubleshooting):
Refunds will not be issued once the service has been delivered, unless it was incomplete or faulty due to our error.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Domain registration or third-party software/licenses.
- Services where the client failed to provide necessary information.
- Delays caused by client-side issues.
4. Refund Process

- We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–14 business days.
