1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Avangard IT Solutions (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you (“client,” “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

We offer a range of IT services including (but not limited to):

  • Software and web development

  • Technical support

  • Networking solutions

  • IT consulting

  • Digital security services


All services are provided according to the scope agreed upon in writing.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information.

  • Respond to communication in a timely manner.

  • Make payments as agreed in project or service agreements.

  • Not misuse or interfere with the delivery of our services.


4. Payment Terms

  • All payments must be made as per the agreed milestones or service packages.

  • Late payments may incur a fee or suspension of services.

  • Prices are quoted in PKR (Pakistani Rupees), unless otherwise specified.


5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property developed during the course of a project (such as software code, designs, and documentation) remains the property of Avangard IT Solutions until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership may transfer to the client if stated in the agreement.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information shared during the project private and not disclose it to any third party without written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Avangard IT Solutions shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Losses resulting from delays or failure in service delivery due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, internet outages).


8. Warranty and Support

We provide a limited warranty on deliverables for a defined period (usually 15–30 days), during which we will fix any bugs or issues caused by our code or configuration. Ongoing support is available under a separate agreement or maintenance plan.

9. Cancellation and Termination

  • You may cancel services at any time by notifying us in writing.

  • We reserve the right to terminate services in case of:

    • Breach of terms

    • Non-payment

    • Misuse of services


Any work completed up to the point of cancellation is billable.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Layyah District.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a new effective date.
